We agreed that Ashley Road Seaview Neighbours, that you registered 5th June 2025, isn't active, and it will be deleted from the OurWatch system.

Your personal registration will remain active but your status is amended from Main Coordinator to member.

If you want to start again, the simplest way is to register a new scheme, xyz NW, with OurWatch, set up a WhatsApp group with the same name, produce a flyer asking neighbours if they would like to join, and put it through their letter boxes. Those that reply can then be added to the WhatsApp group.

New NW groups need to be approved by a Membership Services Administrator (MSA), which I can do by meeting you and some of your members. I'll give you NW signs for your road(s) and, if you wish, window stickers for the houses in the scheme.
